A
TEST OF KNOWLEDGE AND TROUBLESHOOTING SKILLS. Last August 9, 2016, PHILCOPY held the
KYOCERA Service Award Competition 2016 which aims to show off and test the
knowledge and troubleshooting skills of the Service Engineers nationwide.
The competition was fierce for the eleven
contestants from all over the Philippines. The first round was a written exam
then they proceeded to the next round where they took the practical skills
test. It was a whole day event and by
the end of the day, the winner was announced by our special guest, Mr. Benjamin
Leung Sai Tim from KYOCERA Document Solutions Asia based in Hong Kong.
The winner is now the representative of the
Philippines(PHILCOPY) for the KYOCERA Asian Service Award Competition Final
Stage on October 12, 2016 in KYOCERA Document Solutions Thailand. The grand
prize for this event will be a plaque, champion certificate and trip to Japan.
